Complaints Procedure

 Our complaints policy allows 48 hours from completion of service to make a formal complaint.

I always work to the highest standard and pride my small business on honesty and mutual respect. However, in rare circumstances, should a complaint be made, I will do my best to sort this efficiently to avoid any disappointment.  

How to raise a complaint:

Please send your formal complaint VIA email. This will be replied to within 48 hours. 

(Email must have been sent within the 48hour policy grace) 

We will require the following information to carry out the complaint:

  • Name.
  • Date of service.
  • Car make/model/registration.
  • Detailed reasons for complaint, including pictures. 

First response and correction regulations: 

  • I will send an appointment date and time for you to bring the vehicle down to the buildings premises for inspection. 
  • I will advise a correction plan, if I feel this is needed. 
  • I will have 4 weeks to complete any additional work. 
  • You will have 48 hours from collection to raise any complaint. 

Further complaints: 

  • Should you still not be satisfied the issue at hand has been dealt with and corrected to your standard. We will employ a third party too take a look for a further opinion, at the issues raised. 
  • I will require further evidence. 
  • This will be companies local to our business premises and companies we work alongside.
  • We will have 2 months to carry out any further services. This is required due to the cross over of third party businesses. 
  • You will have 48 hours after collection of follow up services to raise any further issues you’re not satisfied with. 

Further action will be taken should these steps not be satisfactory.

I understandably accept no tolerance for any kind of abuse. 

I hold the right to refuse correction should I feel it not necessary.
